ScaleEasy.com has a 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL SCALES.  If you have any problems. Do not send scale to address below.  All scales come with warranty info.  You must send them to the address on the form that comes with the scale for your replacement.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
